Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip for Securing UIC DIN Standard Rail. The comprehensive rail fastening system is comprised of rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers. It is designed as a single type to simplify maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency. This advanced fastening system is of the "pre-assembled" variety: sleepers arrive on-site equipped with all components already assembled, streamlining installation and ensuring efficient track laying. The system is meticulously tested to deliver exceptional ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw (or lag bolt), is a substantial (~6 in or 152 mm long, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm thick) metal screw used to securely anchor a tie plate or rail. These screw spikes are inserted into pre-drilled holes in the sleeper for maximum stability.
A tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a robust steel plate deployed on rail tracks, interposed between the flanged T rail and the crossties. The tie plate serves to expand the bearing area and maintain the rail's correct gauge. They are securely fastened to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through designated holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating layer positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper, or baseplate surface, enhancing stability and reducing vibration.
A Spring Clip is a metal fastener crafted from high-grade spring steel, adept at clamping the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate with unmatched precision.
