Nabla Rail Fastening System, equipped with Nabla Spring Clip, is meticulously designed for securing UIC DIN Standard Rail. This rail fastening system includes essential components such as rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers. It features a single-type design for seamless maintenance processes. This advanced fastening system is a 'pre-assembled' marvel, ensuring that sleepers arrive on-site with every component already affixed. A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a substantial metal screw measuring approximately 6 inches (152 mm) in length, slightly under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter, used to secure a tie plate or fasten the rail by being driven into a pre-drilled sleeper hole.
A tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, serves as a crucial steel component on rail tracks, placed between flanged T rail and crossties. It amplifies the bearing area and ensures the rail is held to the correct gauge, secured onto wooden ties via spikes or bolts inserted through its holes.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating medium positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, enhancing overall track performance.
A Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener crafted from spring steel, designed to firmly clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring steadfast rail positioning.
