Nabla fastening system is a robust, secure, and highly reliable railway fastening system that is extensively utilized across Europe and North America, and Africa,. In general, the versatile Nabla fastening system is suitable for a variety of rail applications including Tram, LRT, Metro, Main Line, and High-Speed tracks. Its uniquely engineered Nabla blade shape delivers a dynamically stable toe load to the steel rails when the rail nut is expertly torqued.

One complete set of the Nabla system includes: 4 pcs Nabla clips, 4 pcs Nabla insulators, 4 pcs screw spikes, 4 pcs flat washers, and 4 pcs screw dowels, ensuring a complete and secure installation.

Nabla Rail Fastening System: Equipped with Nabla Spring Clip for Securing UIC DIN Standard Rail. This rail fastening system consists of crucial components such as rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers. It is designed to be of a single type to simplify maintenance procedures and enhance operational efficiency. The fastening system features a state-of-the-art 'pre-assembled' design: sleepers arrive on-site pre-fitted with all fastening components, streamlining the track laying process for speed and efficacy. This innovative system is engineered to ensure superior ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a substantial (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm diameter) metal screw employed to secure a tie plate or fasten rail. These spikes are inserted into pre-drilled holes in the sleepers for maximum hold.
A tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a steel plate placed on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and crossties. It serves to increase the bearing area and maintain the rail at the correct gauge, secured to wooden ties via spikes or bolts through designated holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating material positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, providing essential shock absorption and noise reduction.
A Spring Clip is a durable metal fastener crafted from spring steel, expertly designed to clamp the rail foot securely to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring a robust and enduring fixation.
