Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip, expertly designed for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail, delivers superior performance and reliability. The comprehensive rail fastening system includes rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper, all meticulously engineered to be of a single type for streamlined maintenance. A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a substantial metal screw, approximately 6 inches or 152 mm in length, and slightly under 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter, used to securely fix a tie plate or fasten rail, embedding firmly into a pre-bored sleeper hole.
A tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a robust steel plate positioned on rail tracks between flanged T rail and crossties. It enhances the bearing area and ensures the rail maintains the correct gauge, secured to wooden ties with spikes or bolts through precise holes.
A Rail Pad is an essential resilient insulating material, expertly placed between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, providing crucial cushioning and insulation.
A Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener made from high-quality spring steel, effectively clamping the rail foot to the
