Introducing the Nabla Rail Fastening System, featuring the innovative Nabla Spring Clip, designed specifically for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail. This sophisticated rail fastening system includes rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, all in a single type configuration to streamline maintenance procedures and ensure consistent performance. Our pre-assembled fastening system offers unmatched efficiency: sleepers arrive on-site pre-fitted with all fastening components, significantly accelerating track laying operations. Designed to deliver superior ride quality, it caters perfectly to passenger traffic needs.

The screw spike, or rail screw (also known as a lag bolt), is a robust metal screw, approximately 6 inches or 152 mm in length and slightly under 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter, used to secure a tie plate or fasten rail by inserting into a pre-drilled sleeper hole.
The tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, serves an essential function on rail tracks, positioned between the flanged T rail and crossties. By augmenting the bearing area, it ensures the correct rail gauge is maintained. Fastened to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through its pre-drilled holes, it is a critical rail component.
A rail pad, composed of resilient insulating material, is strategically placed between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface to enhance the rail system's longevity and performance.
Crafted from high-quality spring steel, a Spring Clip acts as a robust metal fastener, securing the rail foot firmly to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring stability and integrity of the rail track.
