This advanced system is engineered to deliver unparalleled ride quality for passenger comfort.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust metal screw (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm diameter) utilized to secure a tie plate or fasten rail firmly. These screw spikes are expertly inserted into pre-drilled holes in the sleeper.
A tie plate, alternatively called a baseplate or sole plate, is an essential steel component placed on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. This tie plate amplifies the bearing area and maintains the rail at the correct gauge, securely fastened to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through designated holes.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating material strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, ensuring optimal performance.
A Spring Clip, crafted from spring steel, is a durable metal fastener that securely clamps the rail foot to the
