The SUYU Customized Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip is designed to secure UIC DIN Standard Rails with precision and durability. Our rail fastening system features rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, optimized for single-type configurations to streamline maintenance processes. Our pre-assembled fastening system expedites installation by delivering sleepers with all components intact, thus enhancing track-laying efficiency and ensuring unparalleled ride quality for passenger traffic.

The screw spike, often referred to as a rail screw or lag bolt, measures approximately 6 inches (152 mm) in length and just under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter. These robust metal screws are integral for securing tie plates or fastening rails into a pre-bored sleeper hole.
Tie plates, also known as baseplates or sole plates, are essential steel components placed between flanged T rails and crossties. They expand the bearing area and maintain the rail's gauge alignment, secured to wooden ties with spikes or bolts through designated holes.
Rail Pads, crafted from resilient insulating material, are strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface to mitigate vibrations and enhance track longevity.
Spring Clips, constructed from durable spring steel, are ingeniously designed to firmly clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring steadfast rail positioning and security.
