Nabla Rail Fastening System Featuring the Nabla Spring Clip for Securing UIC DIN Standard Rails. Our rail fastening system includes rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, designed as a single type to streamline maintenance. This ensures ease of servicing and upkeep. The fastening system is of the innovative 'pre-assembled' type: sleepers arrive on-site with all fastening components pre-attached, enhancing speed and efficiency in track laying. This system is engineered to deliver the highest ride quality, ensuring a smooth experience for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, or rail screw (also known as a lag bolt), is a sizable (~6 inches or 152 mm long, just shy of 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter) metal screw used to affix a tie plate or secure rail. These spikes are inserted into pre-drilled holes in sleepers.
A tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a steel plate positioned on rail tracks between flanged T rails and crossties. It expands the bearing area and secures the rail to the correct gauge, fastened to wooden ties via spikes or bolts through the plate's holes.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating material placed between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, providing essential cushioning and insulation.
A Spring Clip is a durable metal fastener, crafted from spring steel, that clamps the rail foot securely to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring steadfast attachment.
