The Nabla Rail Fastening System is equipped with a Nabla Spring Clip, designed specifically for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail. This robust rail fastening system includes essential components like rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers. It is crafted as a single type to streamline maintenance procedures, enhancing efficiency. Designed as a 'pre-assembled' system, the fastening components arrive on-site already assembled on the sleepers, promoting faster and more efficient track installation. This system is engineered to deliver superior ride quality, ensuring optimum comfort for passenger traffic.

The screw spike, or rail screw (also known as a lag bolt), is a formidable metal fastener approximately 6 inches (152 mm) in length and slightly under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter, used to securely fix a tie plate or fasten rail by inserting into a pre-bored hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, baseplate, or sole plate, this essential steel plate is strategically placed on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It increases the bearing area, holds the rail to the correct gauge, and is fastened to wooden ties via spikes or bolts through precisely placed holes.
The Rail Pad is a durable and resilient insulating material, meticulously placed between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, enhancing performance.
A Spring Clip is a precision-engineered metal fastener made from high-quality spring steel designed to clamp the rail foot securely to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring efficiency and safety in rail fastening.
