The comprehensive rail fastening system is comprised of rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, all unified as a single type to streamline and simplify maintenance procedures. This exceptional fastening system is of the 'pre-assembled' variety, meaning all components come pre-installed on sleepers, ensuring a swift and highly efficient track laying process. Proven to enhance ride quality, this system is tailored for seamless passenger traffic.

A screw spike, rail screw, or lag bolt is a formidable metal screw (~6 inches or 152 mm in length, slightly under 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter) employed to secure a tie plate or fasten rail. These screws are intricately fixed into pre-bored holes in the sleeper.
The tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, serves as a crucial steel component on rail tracks, positioned between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It expands the bearing area while maintaining precise rail gauge. Fastened to wooden ties via spikes or bolts through its pre-drilled holes.
A Rail Pad is a vital resilient insulating material strategically placed between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, ensuring prolonged durability and optimal performance.
A Spring Clip, crafted from high-quality spring steel, functions as a superior metal fastener that securely clamps the rail foot to the
