Introducing the Nabla Rail Fastening System with the Nabla Spring Clip, designed specifically for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rails. This rail fastening system comprises rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper. It is tailored as a single type to simplify maintenance procedures. The innovative 'pre-assembled' system ensures that sleepers are delivered on-site with all fastening components pre-attached, enhancing track laying speed and efficiency. It's engineered to provide an outstanding ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, or rail screw, is a substantial metal screw (~6 in or 152 mm in length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm in diameter) used for securing a tie plate or fastening rail. Screw spikes are driven into a pre-bored hole in the sleeper.
The tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a steel component placed on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It increases the bearing area and maintains the rail's correct gauge. Tie plates are secured to wooden ties with spikes or bolts through designated holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating layer positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface.
A Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener crafted from spring steel, designed to securely clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring stability and alignment.
