Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip for Securing UIC DIN Standard Rail. This rail fastening system is meticulously designed with rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper, all unified as a single type to streamline maintenance and ensure efficient operation. The fastening system is of a 'pre-assembled' nature, meaning sleepers arrive on-site fully equipped with all components in place, greatly enhancing the efficiency and speed of track installation. It is engineered to deliver unparalleled ride quality for passengers.

The screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust metal screw (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm diameter) designed to secure a tie plate or rail. It is precisely fixed into a pre-bored hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a vital steel component installed on rail tracks beneath the flanged T rail and cross ties. It expands the bearing area and maintains the correct gauge of the rail, secured by spikes or bolts through its pre-drilled holes.
A Rail Pad serves as a resilient insulating layer between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, enhancing durability and noise reduction.
A Spring Clip is a specially designed metal fastener crafted from spring steel, which securely clamps the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring robustness and reliability.
