The Nabla Rail Fastening System, equipped with a Nabla Spring Clip, is expertly crafted for securing UIC DIN Standard Rails. The system is composed of essential elements such as rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper, all designed to be of a single type to streamline maintenance procedures. This fastening system adopts a 'pre-assembled' approach, delivering sleepers onsite fully equipped with all necessary fastening components, thereby ensuring swifter and more efficient track laying. It guarantees optimal ride quality, enhancing the passenger experience during travel.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a substantial (~6 inches or 152 mm in length, slightly under 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter) metal screw employed to secure a tie plate or fasten rail, driven into pre-bored holes in the sleeper.
A tie plate, or alternatively a baseplate or sole plate, is a critical steel component placed between the flanged T rail and the crossties on rail tracks. It is engineered to augment the bearing area and sustain the rail at the correct gauge, secured to wooden ties via spikes or bolts inserted through its pre-drilled holes.
A Rail Pad serves as a vital resilient insulating material, strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, providing essential cushioning and electrical insulation.
A Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener fabricated from spring steel, engineered to firmly clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring secure and lasting attachment.
