The screw spike, an essential element in rail infrastructure, is also known as a Rail spike. This robust metal screw is engineered for securing rail fasteners. Typically crafted from high-grade NO.3 steel, what sets the screw spike apart is its threaded nail rod surface, earning it the name 'screw spike'. Its pull-out resistance impressively exceeds that of a common rail spike by 0.5 to 1.0 times, although the thrust resistance is reduced by 50%. Due to its design, it poses challenges during disassembly and assembly, making it less adaptable for rail gauge adjustments, and is predominantly utilized in the railway turnout.

To cater to diverse client demands, we offer a range of specialized screws including coach screws, stud screws, railway sleeper screws, and various custom screw spikes tailored for railway applications.
When considering cost, screw spikes are pricier than dog spikes but they offer the significant advantage of superior fixing power, doubling that of a traditional rail spike. Additionally, they can be effectively used in tandem with spring washers.

Each formed screw spike is then checked for burrs and measured to confirm precise dimensions.

The third phase focuses on the meticulous detection of screw threads. Ensuring the thread pitch complies with both customer specifications and international standards is paramount.
The final stage is the thorough inspection of screw shipments. This involves selecting only the finest quality screw spikes, ensuring that only those meeting the highest standards are delivered to our customers.
