The rail fastening system is meticulously composed of rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, all unified as a single type to streamline maintenance efforts. Embrace the future with our "pre-assembled" fastening system: sleepers arrive on-site fully equipped with assembled components, resulting in an accelerated and highly effective track-laying process. This system is engineered to guarantee superior ride quality for passenger comfort.

Our screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust (~6 in or 152 mm in length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm in diameter) metal screw designed to securely affix a tie plate or rail. These spikes are anchored into pre-bored holes in the sleeper for optimal stability.
The tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a crucial steel component placed on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It enhances the bearing area and maintains the rail's correct gauge. Fasteners such as spikes or bolts secure the plate to wooden ties through its strategically placed holes.
The Rail Pad, a resilient insulating material, is strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface to ensure peak performance.
A Spring Clip, crafted from durable spring steel, is a vital metal fastener that firmly clamps the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring unwavering stability.
