Presenting the Nabla Rail Fastening System, featuring the Nabla Spring Clip, engineered specifically for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail. This sophisticated rail fastening system comprises rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, designed as a single type to streamline and simplify maintenance procedures. Our fastening system is designed as a 'pre-assembled' solution, ensuring the sleepers are delivered on-site with all components already in place. This innovation translates to swifter and more efficient track laying, guaranteeing exceptional ride quality for passenger traffic.

The screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a sizeable metal screw (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm in diameter) used to secure a tie plate or fasten rail by embedding into a pre-bored hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, alternatively referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a steel component utilized on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and crossties. It enhances the bearing area and secures the rail to the correct gauge by fastening to wooden ties with spikes or bolts through the plate's holes.
The Rail Pad serves as a resilient insulating layer positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, offering essential protection and support.
A Spring Clip, crafted from durable spring steel, serves as a metal fastener that firmly clamps the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring steadfast and secure adherence.
