The Nabla Fastening System is renowned for its safety and reliability as a railway fastening solution, extensively employed across Europe, North America, and Africa. Its uniquely engineered Nabla blade is designed to exert a dynamically stable toe load on the steel rails, achieved by appropriately torquing the rail nut.

Each comprehensive set comprises 4 Nabla clips, 4 Nabla insulators, 4 screw spikes, 4 flat washers, and 4 screw dowels.

Nabla Rail Fastening System featuring Nabla Spring Clip, specifically designed for UIC DIN Standard Rail Fastening. The rail fastening assembly includes rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper, crafted as a single type to streamline maintenance procedures. This advanced fastening system adopts a 'pre-assembled' approach, ensuring sleepers arrive on-site with all components pre-installed, thereby enhancing the speed and efficiency of track laying. It is meticulously engineered to deliver superior ride quality for passenger transit.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust metal screw, approximately 6 inches (152 mm) long and slightly under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter, utilized to secure a tie plate or fasten rail. These screw spikes are inserted into a pre-bored hole within the sleeper.
The tie plate, baseplate, or sole plate is a crucial steel component placed between the flanged T rail and crossties on rail tracks. It augments the bearing area and ensures the rail remains at the correct gauge, typically secured to wooden ties via spikes or bolts passing through the plate's holes.
A Rail Pad serves as a resilient insulating layer positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface.
A Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener crafted from spring steel, designed to firmly clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate.
