Nabla Rail Fastening System, featuring the Nabla Spring Clip, is meticulously crafted for securing UIC and DIN Standard Rails with precision. This comprehensive rail fastening system includes rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, all unified into a single type to streamline maintenance operations. The fastening system is designed as a 'pre-assembled' arrangement, where sleepers arrive on site fully equipped with all fastening components, ensuring a swifter and more efficient track laying process. This system is engineered to deliver unparalleled ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a formidable (~6 in or 152 mm in length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm) metal fastener designed to secure a tie plate or fasten rail. These screw spikes are embedded into a precisely bored hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a robust steel plate applied on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It enhances the bearing area and maintains the rail's correct gauge, securely fastened to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through designated holes in the plate.
The Rail Pad serves as a resilient insulating medium positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface.
A Spring Clip is a sturdy metal fastener, crafted from spring steel, designed to firmly clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring steadfast attachment.
