Our rail fastening system includes rail pads, clips, and an insulating concrete sleeper. It is designed as a single type to streamline maintenance procedures. Our 'pre-assembled' fastening system ensures swift and efficient track laying. Sleepers arrive on-site with components already assembled, guaranteeing the best ride quality for passenger traffic.

The screw spike, rail screw, or lag bolt, measuring approximately 6 in or 152 mm in length and slightly under 1 in or 25 mm, is a robust metal screw used for securing tie plates or fastening rail. It is expertly fixed into pre-bored holes in the sleeper.
The tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a durable steel plate positioned on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It enhances the bearing area and precisely maintains rail gauge, secured to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through strategically placed holes.
The Rail Pad is crafted from resilient insulating material, perfectly positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface.
The Spring Clip is a robust metal fastener made from spring steel, expertly designed to clamp the rail foot securely to the
sleeper or baseplate with precision and strength.
