Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip-crafted for securing UIC DIN Standard Rail. This rail fastening system is composed of rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, designed as a single type to simplify maintenance procedures. The fastening system is of the innovative "pre-assembled" variety, meaning sleepers are delivered onsite with all fastening components expertly assembled, ensuring a swift and efficient track-laying process. This system is engineered to guarantee superior ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, rail screw (or lag bolt) is a sizable (~6 in or 152 mm length, slightly under 1 in or 25 mm) metal screw utilized to affix a tie plate or secure rail. These screw spikes are inserted into a pre-bored hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, also known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a robust steel plate employed on rail tracks between flanged T rail and the crossties. The tie plate augments the bearing area and ensures the rail is held to the precise gauge. These are fastened to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through pre-drilled holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient insulating material strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper, or the baseplate surface.
A Spring Clip is a resilient metal fastener forged from spring steel that expertly clamps the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate with precision.
