Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip: Designed for impeccable fastening of UIC DIN Standard Rail. The rail fastening system is meticulously composed of rail pads, clips, insulating concrete sleeper, and is designed as a single type, streamlining maintenance procedures seamlessly. Fastening system features an innovative 'pre-assembled' design where sleepers arrive on site with all fastening components already in place, ensuring expedited and efficient track laying. This system is guaranteed to deliver the paramount ride quality for passenger traffic.

A screw spike, also called a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust metal screw, approximately 6 inches (152 mm) in length and slightly under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter, utilized to fix a tie plate or secure the rail. These screw spikes are expertly embedded into pre-bored holes in the sleeper.
A tie plate, alternatively known as a baseplate or sole plate, is a crucial steel component used on rail tracks between the flanged T rail and crossties. It significantly enhances the bearing area and secures the rail to the correct gauge. These plates are affixed to wooden ties using spikes or bolts via pre-drilled holes.
A rail pad serves as a resilient insulating medium positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface, enhancing longevity and performance.
A spring clip, constructed from spring steel, is a vital metal fastener that proficiently clamps the rail foot to the
