The Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip is engineered for fastening UIC DIN Standard Rail, combining robustness with precision. This advanced rail fastening system consists of essential components: rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, all designed as a single type to streamline maintenance and enhance operational efficiency. Our fastening system is a 'pre-assembled' innovation, meaning sleepers arrive on-site with all components pre-fitted, significantly accelerating track laying while ensuring optimal ride quality for passenger comfort.

A screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is a robust metal screw, approximately 6 inches (152 mm) long and slightly under 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter, used to securely attach a tie plate or fasten rail by inserting it into a pre-drilled hole in the sleeper.
A tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is a crucial steel component placed on rail tracks between flanged T rails and crossties. It expands the bearing area and ensures the rail maintains the correct gauge, secured to wooden ties with spikes or bolts through pre-drilled holes in the plate.
A Rail Pad is a resilient, insulating material strategically positioned between the rail foot and the sleeper or baseplate surface to absorb shocks.
A Spring Clip is a specialized metal fastener crafted from spring steel, designed to securely clamp the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate, ensuring stable and reliable rail alignment.
