Introducing the Nabla Rail Fastening System with Nabla Spring Clip, tailored for securing UIC DIN Standard Rails with unmatched precision. The rail fastening system is composed of rail pads, clips, and insulating concrete sleepers, designed as a single type to simplify maintenance procedures and enhance operational efficiency. Adopting a 'pre-assembled' approach, this system ensures sleepers arrive on-site fully assembled, greatly expediting track installation. Tested and proven, it guarantees optimal ride quality for passengers, delivering a smooth and comfortable travel experience.

The screw spike, also known as a rail screw or lag bolt, is an impressive large metal screw, approximately 6 inches (152 mm) in length and slightly under 1 inch (25 mm), used to secure a tie plate or fasten rail with precision. These spikes are expertly set into pre-drilled holes within the sleeper.
The tie plate, also referred to as a baseplate or sole plate, is an essential steel component on rail tracks, positioned between the flanged T rail and the crossties. It significantly boosts the bearing area and ensures the rail is held to the correct gauge. These plates are securely attached to wooden ties using spikes or bolts through strategically placed holes.
A Rail Pad acts as a durable insulating material, positioned between the rail foot and either the sleeper or baseplate surface, to provide resilience and noise reduction.
The Spring Clip, crafted from spring steel, serves as a vital metal fastener, effectively clamping the rail foot to the
sleeper or baseplate with exceptional strength, ensuring tracks remain securely in place.
